Branch Controller

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Checks prices and discounting seeing to it that the amount granted conforms with the established policy
2. Checks whether documents prepared are in accordance with established policies and whether computations are accurate
3. Checks cash position report and vouchers prepared by the cashier
4. Custodian of Transportation and Travel (TNT) fund
5. Monitors stocks inventory (branch and outlets), conducts monthly physical count of stocks in branch and checks CSR’s stock inventory report
6. Records COD and Installment transactions in Sales logbook
7. Ensures that Installment customers are properly informed and given the notice (Notice to Demand an Official Receipt)
8. Prepares and maintains installment ledger cards
9. Checks aging of accounts receivable prepares by the CSRs
10. Prepares sales reports, summary of TNT and AOC liquidations
11. Prepares and submits monthly inventory report
12. Custodian of all accountable forms
13. Prepares summary of Daily Time Record.
14. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
15. Assists the BM in dispensing some of his functions
16. Keeps the duplicate keys of motorcycle units sold on installment sales

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

1. Male or Female.
2. Must be a graduate of B.S. Accountancy, Commerce/Management or similar discipline.
3. Can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
4. With or without experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
